IF YOU ARE WAITING FOR KARMA TO KICK YOUR ENEMY'S BUTT, THEN YOU ARE INVITING KARMA TO KICK YOUR OWN BUTT!

Lately on Facebook, I have been noticing some pretty harsh messages about karma. One message in particular comes to mind, and that message said, "Dear Karma, I have a list of people you forgot." Now, some people will probably laugh at that statement; however, it did not settle well with me. I sat back, and I realized how these people who were posting this message were, in essence, inviting karma to come and negatively affect their own lives. When we wish harm or ill-will to another person, we will get harm and ill-will in our own lives. We get back in life exactly what we send out. If we are thinking negative thoughts and wishing bad things on other people, that is exactly what we should expect in our own lives. We should be wishing everyone best wishes including our enemies. This is what Jesus was talking about when he said that we should pray for our enemies. We get in life what we give, so don't fall into the habit of wishing karma to kick someone else's butt, because karma may come and kick your own butt!
